Joey Hawke has an average life, crunching spreadsheets for a national insurance company. Everything changes when a cut and bruised version of himself attacks him in the bathroom. Apparently, Joey only has a few days to save the planet. Just him. Nobody else. His future self flees before giving Joey any further details, leaving him scrambling for information. The next day, a spaceship lands on the shore of Lake Ontario. Its captain tells the world that the crew is from five-hundred years into our future and is here to save humanity. But this is supposedly Joey's job...
