Lost coins and credits

When this forum started, I completed a series of tasks that gave me credits and gold coins, the forum was down for a couple of days and when it came back up I had to register again, losing everything I had achieved. How can I recover what I lost?

No i am sorry,you can't.
Everyone have to start all over again.
But there are some tasks with great amount of coins to compensate these lost coins.

@yerita, sadly we all lost all the coins we made, but like Caro1970 has put it...let's start again and put everything back on tracks...keeping fingers crossed this time there won't be much of teething issues.

It's a totally new forum.... so you have lost all you had on the previous forum... you have to earn coins and credit again, and republish the books you published... :-(

I was the same Yerita, sadly they have gone, all we can do is start fresh, it's a great new website though

I was hoping we could get them back, but I understand this is a totally new site now, and I'm happy with it.
