Rating Button not updating

I would really like to rate all the great posts made by our community but since the first time I clicked on the rate button it does not seem to update.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

When I clic on "rate" beside the favorites, under the post, it goes wel open and I can rate from one to 2... and succeeded with your post

Thank you so much for your quick response, Admin, but its the rate button at the end of each person's post that I am having trouble with,
