How to read a comic book

Hello, how do you read a comic book? i have a small e reader, is that doable ??

I use a tablet of 12 inch to check and read the comics.
I use the apps showing above to open them.
I am not sure if this is possible to install on a e reader?

i have also a tablet an old one gonna try this,  ipad, have to look for an app, next how to get the files on the ipad....
