The Phantom who was in the jungle of Bengali is now in the concrete jungle of New York City tracking down the criminals. Kit learns more about the invisible suit that he has and on pursuit, he often gets mental flashes of his father and his advice on various circumstances. There are sub plots while the ghost who walks saves the innocent from local thugs. Kit finally gets to Bock, one of Peter's men near central park west in New York. He then lets him free to take a message to his boss.... With skull marks all over his face!!
