Taffy shop owner, Lydia Doherty is working hard at her Jersey Shore boardwalk location, but still somehow manages to make time for her friends and family.
When one of her friends comes up missing, she suspects kidnapping, and is in a race against the clock to try and save her friend. The scene of the crime just happens to be the site of a murder, which makes Lydia fear the worst, and double down on her efforts to solve not one, but two crimes.
Sticky situations are a way of life for the taffy maker and amateur sleuth. Will there be a sweet ending, or will time run out for Lydia and her friend?
