When a terrorist bomb explodes in the heart of The Capitol, killing at least twenty-three diners, Jacob is sent, along with his colleague Yuri Dobryivechir, to investigate.
Was the bombing somehow connected to the recent capitol one disaster and the clandestine activities of the WMC? And what does it have to do with the recent disappearances of the WMC reporter Kyle Anders and the mysterious Ezra Caine?
